About HARCO

The Harrington Corporation (HARCO) is a producer of gasketed joint injection-molded PVC fittings and push-on gasketed joint ductile fittings. HARCO was founded in 1966 in Lynchburg, Virginia, to produce push-on joint ductile iron fittings for asbestos cement pipe. HARCO manufactures fittings in its facilities in Lynchburg and operates warehouses in Central Florida, Dallas and Phoenix.

HARCO has become a leading developer of new pipe fittings for the utility and irrigation markets. HARCO was the first manufacturer in the United States to produce injection molded gasketed PVC fittings for SDR 26 & SDR 21 pipe,   injection molded gasketed PVC fittings for SDR 35 sewer pipe and injection molded gasketed PVC fittings for C900 PVC pipe. HARCO developed the first compact ductile iron MJ fittings (AWWA C153) in 1977.
